
Academic Registrars’ Training Workshop
Theme: Enhancing Admissions Processes and Academic Programme Management in Higher Education Institutions
The Uganda Vice Chancellors’ Forum (UVCF) successfully convened a two-day Academic Registrars’ Training Workshop at Hotel Horizon, Entebbe, from 17–18 July 2025. The workshop brought together academic registrars and senior administrative officers from public and private universities to explore strategies for strengthening the effectiveness, transparency, and responsiveness of academic administration in Uganda’s higher education sector.
Collaboration & Networking
The workshop also served as a professional development platform, strengthening networks among academic registrars and fostering a culture of shared learning and continuous improvement across institutions.
