Secretariat

The Uganda Vice Chancellors' Forum (UVCF) Secretariat serves as the administrative and coordinating hub of the Forum, providing strategic leadership and operational support in advancing excellence in higher education across Uganda. The Secretariat facilitates the implementation of UVCF's programmes, coordinates member engagement, strengthens partnerships, and supports policy advocacy, research, capacity building, and institutional collaboration.

Committed to innovation, quality, and service excellence, the Secretariat works closely with universities, government agencies, development partners, and other stakeholders to promote a responsive, competitive, and globally relevant higher education sector that contributes to Uganda's national development.
