The Uganda Vice Chancellors’ Forum (UVCF) held its 75th meeting on 26th May 2025 at Africa Renewal university, bringing together leaders from public and private universities across the country.

Prof. Jude Lubega, Vice Chancellor of Nkumba University, presented a PhD Deficit Policy Framework implementation plan. This   presentation sparked active engagement from members on how to address this national challenge.

Prof. Barnabas Nawangwe, Vice Chancellor of Makerere University, shared reflections on normative leadership, stressing the importance of values, integrity, and clear vision in guiding universities.
