The Uganda Vice Chancellors’ Forum (UVCF) serves as a unifying platform for higher education leaders across Uganda, fostering collaboration, policy dialogue, and institutional development within the university sector. In an era of rapid technological change and evolving educational demands, UVCF recognizes that meaningful progress in higher education can only be achieved through strong partnerships and strategic collaboration.

UVCF therefore welcomes support and engagement from development partners, government agencies, private sector actors, and international institutions to advance shared goals in capacity building, research and innovation, digital transformation, and quality assurance.
